About Tiffany Wilson & Whole Child Consulting
Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I’m here to help you feel resourced, supported, and understood.
Tiffany Wilson, LPCC #11700
I believe that healing, learning, and growth happen in relationship—whether it’s the connection between a caregiver and child, a student and teacher, an administrator and the “system”… or a therapist and client.
That’s why I created Whole Child Consulting—to offer compassionate, identity-affirming support to the people and systems who need it most. Whether you’re:
✨ A teen seeking support from someone that truly understands your neurodivergence, gender identity, or sensory needs...
✨ A caregiver looking for guidance in supporting your Deaf or highly sensitive child...
✨ An educator or school leader working to create a more inclusive, sustainable, and culturally competent learning environment...
You don’t have to navigate it alone…
We’re here to help.
A Little About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LPCC #11700), former educator, Autism specialist, and consultant with a background in Deaf education, neurodivergence, trauma-informed care, and equity-driven systemic change.
But more than that—I’m someone who truly cares.
💜 I know what it’s like to feel burned out, unseen, or unsure where to begin.
💜 I know that systems don’t always work for the people they’re meant to support.
💜 And I know that meaningful change is possible—with the right tools, community, and support in place.
Across therapy, education, and consulting, I’ve dedicated my career to more than just treating individuals—I’ve worked to build stronger systems, deeper relationships, and sustainable, affirming ways of supporting real people in real life.
I don’t do this work alone, and neither should you.
How I Can Support You
Therapy + Mental Health Support
Looking for a space where you or your loved one can feel safe, heard, and understood? I offer individual and group telehealth sessions (and limited in-person availability in MA). My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care, with a focus on:
👉 Neurodivergent individuals (Autistic, ADHD, Highly Sensitive, AuDHD)
👉 LGBTQIA+ and trans/gender-non-confirming youth
👉 Hearing caregivers of Deaf/DeafBlind/DeafDisabled/HoH children
👉 Trauma survivors and those exploring their identity, relational safety and non-traditional relationships
Consulting & Educational Support
Looking to create more inclusive, sustainable support for students and staff? My work focuses on helping schools and organizations build capacity and cultural competence around mental health, behavior interventions, and equitable supports for Deaf learners.
👉 Professional development and trainings on PBIS, MTSS, and more!
👉 Cultural competence coaching for caregivers and educators navigating burnout, IEP advocacy, and behavior supports
👉 Systemic-level consultation to build inclusive, sustainable frameworks for Deaf and neurodivergent students
What I Believe
-
You are the expert on your own experience.
My role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to be a steady presence, offering support, practical tools, and a safe space where you feel seen and empowered to grow at your own pace.
-
Sustainable change happens at every level.
Therapy and coaching are powerful tools, but so is systemic change. That’s why I work with individuals, caregivers, AND institutions to create long-term, person-centered solutions.
-
Equity and accessibility aren’t optional.
Whether in therapy, coaching, consulting, or education - I prioritize trauma-informed and culturally competent approaches that truly work for the people they’re meant to serve.
“Tiffany passionately served as a change agent in our school, providing instruction, training, and consulting that honored the various needs of students, families, and school staff. She brought a wealth of knowledge of various approaches, all designed to support growth and creating a supportive environment where every child could thrive. As a colleague and fellow human, Tiffany consistently advocates for communication, wellness, transparency, growth, learning, and the development of loving and healthy relationships.”
