Gender Expression, Non-Binary Children and LGBTQIA+ Community

This workshop is open to families with children of all ages.

Is your child experimenting with gender? Have they come to you and told you they now identify as transgender? Have you recognized your child is not adhering to society’s gender norms and want to learn how to best support them? This is the right place for any and all.

It is becoming more and more common for young children to question the gender binary. This is even more common among children on the spectrum.  This early awareness of gender, sexuality and expression can bring up a host of emotions and questions in adults.

Many adults did not grow up with this exposure and aren’t quite sure where to “start” but do know that they want to support their child. This is a great first step. Together we will learn how you can both grow your knowledge, support your child and yourself!
