Whole Child Consulting

Therapy. Coaching. Systemic Change.

Supporting the Whole Child, Whole Family & Whole System

At Whole Child Consulting, we believe in a holistic, equity-centered approach to mental health, education, and systemic change. Whether you're a caregiver, educator, administrator or an individual seeking therapy, we provide the tools, strategies, and community support you need to foster meaningful growth.

Why Whole Child Consulting?

Led by Tiffany Wilson—Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Autism Specialist, and former Teacher of the Deaf—our team combines lived experience, clinical insight, and a deep commitment to equity in both education and mental health.

We are a collective of clinicians, educators, Deaf mentors, interns, and systems thinkers who bring together lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared commitment to equity in mental health, Deaf education, and beyond. We don’t just support individuals—we work with families, schools, and communities to build structures that heal, include, and empower.

As a group, we call ourselves The Whole Child Collective because that’s exactly how we work: collaboratively, with flat leadership, shared responsibility, and deep care for each other and the people and systems we serve.

So no, Tiffany won’t be doing this alone—and neither will you.

Whether you're here to email us about scheduling therapy, meeting with a Deaf mentor, or benefiting from the quiet brilliance of our behind-the-scenes support team, you're engaging with a collective.

With Tiff’s support our child developed skills to proudly own his differences, stand up for himself, set boundaries, express his emotions and seek safety and support. She worked intimately with all the children, parents, teachers, administrators and support staff to patiently transform situations over time. Tiff respects her clients emotions and perceptions regardless of age or status, and she is effective in helping everyone find their agency. Tiff approaches her work with authenticity. She validates and empowers her clients and develops warm relationships and lasting solutions within challenging and complex school dynamics. She does all that with grace and humor. I highly recommend working with Tiffany.
