Cultivate community and find support alongside your peers.

Interacting with others who share similar experiences can shift how we see ourselves—and the world around us. In group work, young people discover that they’re not alone. Over time, their group becomes more than a space for support—it becomes a place to grow, connect, and build confidence.

Tiffany, along with an incredible team of student interns and Deaf mentors, offers a variety of group support options for children and teens of all ages. Many clients begin with individual work and move into group work as it feels right on their journey.

As a group facilitator, Tiffany helps participants develop coping skills, relate to others with care and empathy, and work toward personal and shared goals in a supportive environment.

 Group Supports

2025-2026 enrollment starting now - please reach out for more information!

Worry Warriors

Ages 13–17 | Spoken English & ASL (pending interest)

Does your teen get stuck in their head, overthink every little thing, or feel anxious in social situations?

This group is all about helping them feel less alone—and a lot more equipped.

In Worry Warriors, we blend mindfulness, creativity, and community to build real coping tools in a chill, supportive space. We’ll use art, somatic awareness, physical movement, and personal reflection to explore what anxiety really feels like in our bodies and what to do with it—all at a pace that respects each teen’s unique comfort level. The group curriculum is shaped by both teen voices and caregiver goals, with the flexibility to meet each participant where they are.

Come join us—because everyone deserves a place to breathe, connect, and grow (and maybe laugh a little along the way).

The “Real Me” Club

Ages 13–17 | Spoken English & ASL (pending interest)

Is your teen feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite like themselves? You're not alone—and neither are they.

The Real Me Club is a space where teens can explore self-esteem, stress, and identity in a way that actually feels relevant. We blend creative activities, open convo, and coping strategies to help participants feel more confident and grounded in who they are.

This group offers a mix of structure and flexibility—enough of a plan to build skills, with room to talk about the real stuff that comes up each week. Whether your teen’s struggling with negative self-talk, peer stress, or just figuring life out, this is a space where they can show up, be seen, and start to grow.

The Friendship Lab

Ages 8–17 | Spoken English & ASL (pending interest)

Making and keeping friends isn’t always easy—and it’s definitely not one-size-fits-all. Whether your child is just starting to build social confidence or wants more practice reading social cues, Friendship Lab is a supportive space to grow those skills step by step.

Through games, group activities, and structured guidance, kids and teens explore how to connect, communicate, and navigate social situations with more ease. Groups are thoughtfully matched by age and social needs to help each participant feel safe, supported, and successful.

This is a great starting point (or next step!) for kids and teens who need a little extra support with friendships—and want to have fun while doing it.

Beyond the Binary

Ages 12–17 | Spoken English & ASL (pending interest)

Is your teen exploring gender identity, questioning where they fit, or just craving a space to be fully themselves?

Beyond the Binary is a creative, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ teens—and those still figuring things out—to connect, express, and grow. Whether your teen is trying on new pronouns, playing with presentation, or navigating conversations at school or home, this group offers a supportive environment where they don’t have to explain or defend who they are.

We’ll use art, storytelling, and CBT-informed tools to explore identity, build resilience, and foster authentic connection within ourselves and others. This group makes space for the many ways teens experience and express gender, and supports each participant in showing up as their full self—no assumptions, no pressure, just care.

Let’s celebrate the full spectrum of identity—together.
