Cultivate community and find support with your peers.

Interacting with people who have similar experiences helps to evolve our perceptions of ourselves, and the world around us. Through group therapy, you not only realize that you are not alone - you find a whole group of people who become your support system.

Tiffany offers a variety of  group therapy options for children and teens of any age. Many of her clients might move from individual to group therapy, as we see fit, along their therapeutic journey. As a group facilitator, she will help kids learn coping skills, learn to relate to one another and learn to meet their own goals alongside group goals.

Sometimes, the challenges that children struggle with, can yield powerful results when discussed in a group. Even for children, it can be integral and eye-opening to meet others who are similarly struggling.

Coping Skills and Self-Esteem

Social Interactions and Friendships

Is your child looking to continue building friendship skills and focusing on social cues?

There are a multitude of reasons your child might be in need of some extra support when it comes to social cues and building friendships - this is a great place to start. This social skills group offers many customized options, and ensures each group is based on age and social skill set.

Join this structured social skills group with others who are on the same path.

This group is offered both in spoken English and in ASL.

Gender Expression and Resilience

Open to ages 12-17

Is your child on the LGBTQIA spectrum or in a phase of questioning?

This can be a delicate obstacle to navigate, both as a teen and as a family. Experimenting with gender expression and labels has become a normal part of childhood, and is even more common with children on the spectrum. As adults, our job is to meet the whole child “where they are”, and ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate this new landscape with awareness, safety, and support. This group will focus on resilience via art therapy and cognitive behavior therapy.

Join this group to empower your child to find their whole selves.

This group is offered both in spoken English and in ASL.
